Partners from South Africa and abroad workshopped new developments in detergent technologies and the exciting TNG Bio biological products of which DIPLOM CHEMIE is a primary distributor. (COVID precautions were observed.)
Since the onset of COVID-19 there has been an abundance of seemingly new alcohol-based products that have surface in the market.
We are concerned with some of the very worrying claims that are made as well as the use of
non-existent certifications which do not exist. We have discovered products in the market-place that contain undesirable, harmful ingredients and urge consumers to study the products’ Material Safety Data. We strongly suggest that consumers use suitably registered products to ensure that safe products, free of harmful ingredients, are used.
Alcohol products can be wiped on with disposable single use paper towels or sprayed on at low pressure such as through a trigger spray and/or lotion pump operated bottle.
Similarly we strongly condemn all forms of high pressure spray application of alcohol products such as through foggers / atomizers / pressurized aerosol. These practices are not only a potential fire hazard but inhalation of the fumes is hazardous to the operators and any others in the vicinity.
